Minor thread hijack... anyone know if there are any TT's that interface with garmin (ANT+). Would like to be able to use my 500 to monitor power etc.
Sefton, how do rollers work when it comes to varying the resistance? Do they just have a set level of resistance built in?

you can buy rollers with resistance settings but they're obviously more expensive.
I'm just working the gears and spinning faster or slower to get in the correct heart rate zone.
its great at present but maybe a super fit rider would struggle to get into high heart rate zones?
in a tough gear spinning at 30mph I can get my heart rate quite high though.
