I have been looking at tubes and the choice is bewildering! Basically I need tubes for my cyclocross SS which I am using to commute to work. I do get flats fairly regularly and the tyre bead is tight on the rim so not easy to change. I was using Shraeder inner tubes with extended or long valves. What is the best to buy with some puncture resistance?

I also need tubes for my boardman team carbon (presta with long valves at the mo).
