    which are the most reliable triple clamp forks?
    fox 40’s. marzocchi 888’s or any others.
    looking for a set for a project build.

    888 are generally pretty low maintanence (04-07) although they are heavier than the rest.
    Provided that the bushes are ok, all they usually need is an oil change periodically….which is easy to do

    Do you have to have triples for your project? Or could you do with some long travel singles, as the lower end rockshox stuff (domains) are pretty good too. Just get the firm or xfirm spring and again all that’s needed is an oil change( although more frequent than 888’s)

    basic 888’s or boxxers are simple and reliable easily fixed
