Not many people know about this race in the south of France. If you like technical riding, then this is the race for you. It’s ‘only’ 88km, but it’s 88km of the most technical singletrack I’ve ever ridden. I’ve never been so pleased to ride on the measly bits of tarmac and fire road. Julien Absalon took 6hrs 45 to ride 88km. It took us lot between 9hrs45 and 12hrs (me), and I don’t think I’ve ever been so tired in my life.
