Anyone know of any trails / singletrack routes for an all dayer. Web sites would be useful as well. Need to try and get a stop for butties as well.

This has been featured loads of places and always starts a healthly debate on which is the best way to ride it! Personally I agree with the way it's described here - climbing from Edale and finishing with the Jacobs Ladder descent.

You could do a lot worse than simply buying the Vertebrate guide to mountain biking in the Peak - even available at Tesco in Glossop or ethically better, from 18 Bikes in Hope. It has most of the classics and a few variations on them.
Or the current What Mountain Bike has a Peak routes section that looks pretty good.

This first is the one that S_J mentioned above. We always start and finish in Hayfield but as long as you are riding down Jacobs Ladder you can't go wrong!
