[Closed] Torque Wrenches 1/4" or 3/8"

I have decided to bite the bullet and buy a torque wrench as I soon will be doing some work on my carbon bike. After doing some research I chose a Norbar SL0 ( 4-20Nm ), but am not sure which size head to go for.

1/4" would be most useful for all the allen bolts, but will it go big enough for everything, or do I need to go for the 3/8" size?

Thanks in advance.

P.

Get 1/4 and use an adaptor for 3/8? That's what I do. 🙂

1/4". It's rare you'll need a 3/8" unless you're going to use it on crank bolts etc.

Thanks for that.

I've seen 3/8 -> 1/4 adapters but I don't think I have seen one for the other way.

Bit of STW required, but 1/4 is looking good.

1/4-3/8 can be bought, I've got a MAC tools one that I bought before completing my torque wrench collection.
