Hi, can anyone recommend a decent torque wrench for general MTB servicing / building.
I've seen this for the smaller stuff
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Draper-43985-4-inch-Square-Torque/dp/B00142F0L2/ref=sr_1_17?s=diy&ie=UTF8&qid=1330558081&sr=1-17

And then something more heavy duty for the big stuff

Well - you and I and anyone who owns one will be flamed.

I got a Sealey 1/4 drive 2-20NM (ish - sorry I cant find the exact link from my mobile) from amazon as a pressie. Its so good when I needed a pressie for someone as a major thanks - I got him the same thing. Really good - but not as good as finger feel or breaking things or your lbs. Apparently. Doesnt work on reverse threads mind.

5nm is far too high. You want something that the middle range is what you normally work at.

The other Q: for heavy duty (car wheels etc) - lidl / aldi do regular good stuff or halfords
