They come with two sets of mounts, the hoops for traditional steel racks and and pins for slotted aluminium bars. Whether they'll work with your bars I don't know, not being psychic.
As for the Orange 5, I've never tried but I did get a loaned full suss Marin Somethingorother onto one. It just fitted, there's not a whole amount of clearance in the frame. I'd guess therefore that its suitability would wholly depend on the bike design.
If you're going to get one, http://www.roofbox.co.uk/ really are excellent.

The link below is probably the cheapest place to find it

I have a Thule 591 and a 16" Orange Five (2009). It fits just fine but does sit forward in the rack somewhat, almost overhanging the front. If you're bike is over 16" might be worth trying first.

My 18" Alpine fits fine on my 591 rack. If forward facing, the front wheel is right at the front of the rack (in fact the bit the tyre sits in overhangs the aluminium channel slightly) but its done 0000's of miles like that without problem.
Oh, by the way, the 591 rack is strong. Stronger than the overhead barrier on the Autoroute toll booth just south of Reims evidently

They are strong but they tend to bend, though. Still, rather that than my OH's forks or the roof bars. Oops.

No problems carrying my 20" 5.

The only thing we've not managed to get on mine is a medium Wolfridge, but current medium Fives definately work.

Thankz guys

Only issue I have against it is that only one of the QRs is lockable, the others can be undone by anyone - someone did that to mine one time it was parked on the street overnight, annoying!

Would they be compatible with these ?

I don't see why not; the loops look like they'd fit.

Can they be adjusted to prevent overhange at all?

You can move the mount, yes (you can remove it completely to reverse the direction depending which side of the car you've got it on).
