    Anyone up for it this week?

    By the Go-Ape gate at 10:30

    For anyone that missed the first one (or the second one which I missed) pace was somewhere between pootle and quick. I'm unfit and wasn't out of my depth anyway! We did arround 15 miles of mainly singletrack in 2 hours with plenty of time spare for playing about on the jumps and eating wine gums.
