Having just polished off a bag of Kettle crisps (mature cheddar and red onion) and a tub of sour cream and chives dip, I'm feeling I need to do a bit of exercise, but I want to carry on watching the Tour.
One idea is to do a minutes worth every 10k, eg:
100 k to go: sit-ups
90k: plank
80k: star jumps
etc
or... a la drinking games, every time Phil or Paul (ITV4) mentions something I have to do 10 sit-ups or press-ups or squat thrusts. I need suggestions for words please ( NOT peleton or break though!
