For all you poor sods about to get dumped on by bonkers British weather, if it makes you feel any better I got horribly burnt yesterday on a site visit which took 6 hours instead of the predicted 2. Factor 45 gave up the ghost and I'm slimtubing McRedarmsandneck, no amount of explaining to slimtubling Mk1 can stop her grabbing my neck for cuddles and damn near making me scream.

What bonkers weather? It's winter and we are getting snow. Granted, we've gotten more this winter than we are used to but it's not what I'd call bonkers.

I cleared up the tea cups from this morning's cup of tea but left the tea cups in the washing up bowl. I still have not washed the tea cups.

It was my understanding that a lot of the North of britain was forecast for between 20 and 40 cm of snow and its 2 days away from april, that never happened to me in the 30 odd years i lived there.

That is a completely man made construct that bears no relation to whatever "season" it happens to be. I don't know where you live but up here March is still considered to be winter and snow at this time of the year isn't all that unusual.

In NZ, Had the driest march in about 30 years apparently, things should be cooling down but its still mid 20s most days. still Easter this weekend so that'll guarantee 4 days of rain
