   my new debit card arrived today (to rack up an overdaft :lol:)

   no new pin number required just destroy the old one which i did.

   at sainsburys purchasing some ale new card in wallet. pin entered and declined odd...i'll try again still not working.

   new card was for another account which i dont know the pin of and ive destroyed my current account card 7 days to get another one apparently.

   any other confessions?

   There's a bus strike.
   I need to go into town.
   I could ride my bike, but then there's the problem of bike theft.
   I could go in my van, but parking and car crime is a problem.
   So I go and stand at the bus stop for half an hour.
   No bus arrives.
   There's a bus strike.
   Duuuur!!!!!!

   I did something very similar trying to access my on line banking using one of the calculator card reader / code generator thingies. After locking my card by entering the wrong PIN 3 times I got so frustrated I slammed the card reader down on the desk.......and it stopped working as well....so I needed a new PIN and card reader.......

   at work one day ( long time ago ), realised we were out of paper but for this 1 pesky sheet i had in my hand and needed some desperately, looked around for ages until i found ( what i thought) my salvation.

   10 minutes later, bingo.......................

   i photocopied my last remaining bit 25 times ..............

    thought this was a bike forum ?

    why not just open up the paper drawer on the photocopier and take out the number of sheets you needed (save the planet at the same time)....?

    Last week a mate lent me some forks.

    I then put them out the back of the shop (we have a garden) to go and get them that night.

    Someone puts them out with the bins and the inevitable happens- I now owe him £120.
