When a frame manufacturer states a size range and inside leg measurement, should that be measured in bare feet or wearing the shoes that you’ll be wearing on the bike?

Sounds silly bit it makes about an inch of difference which is a fair amount and similar to rider weight with or without clothes and a full trail bag.

Brant or anyone else who’s involved in this kinda thing out there?

weight – as you intend to ride the bike, so unless you’re buying it for World Ride Naked day clothes and a pack.

Not so sure on inside leg, I’d say in socks because on the whole the sole of your shoe (which is what’s on the pedals) is not that thick.
