I have a new set of hope hoops with stans crest rims. I pumped the tyre up today and the tubeless valve has pulled through the inner part of the rim.
It wont push back through and I dont want to force it through the rim outer unless absolutely necessary. Anyone else had this and managed to remove the valve without damaging the rim?

Also I am not sure if the valve was too small or the hole in the rim too large?

have you got the correct valve? Think it should be Stan's No Tubes Olympic valves you would need.

yep, definitely correct valves. Also had the same type on olympic rims with no problems

This happened on the trail last week while I was pumping the tyre up. I ended up using a rock and hit the valve head until it popped back out.

Installed a new valve the other day, and the rim's fine.
