    Stans rims can be bought without any drillings at all. Any decent engineering company will drill them or you can do it yourself if your good with the dividers.
    I bought two a while ago but cant think for the life of me where from.
    I will dig out my old Invoice and see.

    Wheel builder.com rings a bell.
    I will get back.
