Got a problem where I'm getting "SSL certificate not yet valid" on any shopping website I visit. I've recently gone over to Chrome and have also installed Avast. Anyone knows why I might be having this problem?

Check your system date.
Edit: part of the SSL protocol checks the validity of the digital certificate the server uses, and that validity check includes a "not before" and "not after" - I'm guessing that your browser is using your computer's time to check the not before, and your computer's time is set to something in the future.
