Squash but no pop? (suspension rather than beverage content)

hi,

i just got a 2010 tracer vp frame which ive built up with a ccdb and some coil lyrik dh's.

i reckon ive got the setup pretty much how i like it but my only slight niggle would be that it tends to glue itself to the ground in a really fast, controlled way but at the expense of 'pop' off little lips etc.

before i go messing up my settings, is this just a case of backing the hi+lo rebound damping off a bit? cheers!

Back off the low speed rebound only would be my tip.

Don't have as fancy a shock on my Uzzi(DHX4, non-DH Lyric), but run rebound relatively quick, and it still sticks to the ground pretty well, but if you pump hard it pops like a good'un.

It is regarded as one of the characteristics of ccdb's (regardless of set up).

yeah, id heard that but the rebound is still more or less in the advised setting so ive still got some scope to tweak it.

its not a bad feeling, in fact it feels ridiculously controlled even if you are doing something stupid like braking and cornering through steep rocky stuff.

i just want the moon on a stick i guess!
