LOL - I was just about to start an Ice tyres thread...
Just back from a trip round t'Pentlands and saw loads of bikes. I'm running the Conti Spike Claw 120 and started off at around 40psi(ish). Up and down Maidens was fine, but I had a minor off on the Glen Road on a very smooth sheet of ice, so dropped the pressure down a good bit to let the spikes (only on the edge remember) dig in a bit. The rest of the ride went without incident, though it's obviously a bit more effort pushing them along at that pressure. I've just measured the pressure in the tyres and it's just below 20 psi.

My experience is similar to Druidh tho I would go no lower than 30 psi In the same tyre

One of those bikes was possibly me Druidh. I had them pumped up very hard as I did the first 10 miles or so on tarmac trying to bed the spikes in. Then let them down to around 40 (I'd guess) when I went off-road. They were good but still slipping around. Will try again a bit lower. Loving using them though.

I was wishing today that I'd had the 240 spike version. The central rows of spikes would have given better traction at a higher pressure.

I've got 294 spikes and I was spinning out today on the upper part of the 'Puffer course.
Maybe a lower pressure would help, but I don't want to have to fix a snakebite when the temps are so low.
I'll be trying out the fatbike on it tomorrow.
This one nearly took me off
