Source 3 litre bladder bite valve replacement

I have a Deuter hydrapack with a Source 3 litre (100 fluid ounce) bladder. The bite valve was never brilliant to start with not letting much water flow but now it has started dribbling all the time leaving me looking like I have wet myself.

Does anyone know if a Camelback bite valve will fit the Source hose if not a Camelback any other suggestions for a non dribbly valve that has a decent flow rate.

The hose is 10.6 mm external diameter cant measure the internal diameter without pulling everything apart.

The source hose is slightly larger than the Camelbak bite valve.

However, this has not stopped me using one. I use the Camelbak hydrolok in conjunction with the bite valve. The 'slack' in the hose is taken up with a couple of zip ties.
