Couldn't be bothered. Did a lot of riding in the last week so I locked myself in the garage and played with the motorbike instead.

Can't be bothered to drive to Afan, to get stuck in faff-fest with 5 others ….plus so busy on Sundays there plus my legs hurt, or at least my hips do, so I think I've been overdoing it.
Went for an windsurf, went for a walk with the family k,ate cake and drank hot chocolate…. and then SS'ed the hardtail for winter

Actually I did ride a few miles on my HT… to the pub!
and then back. And my injured shoulder felt OK as long as I didn't pull on the bars.

Trail building at Gisburn Forest, the weather was so **** terrible and I was so covered in mud, I didn't fancy a ride afterwards
