That’s a doozy of a nettle rash. Benadryl cream/couple of piriton tablets is my best suggestion to calm the itch.

Got a bit of sunburn today in the Dales – stuck on cream, then sweated it off within 10 minutes on the next hill. Worth it though for bone dry deserted trails.

That’s just a small bit of it. Feels like ants wearing stilettos dancing all over my arm and leg. I’m learning to enjoy it now.

25ish, takes a blow, but when she picks up her skirts she can fly…Loch Tay often has waves bigger than that bow as well, for added screams when loaded with small children, as is often the case…
