You know the Montane Featherlite Velo, right? Well I'm a size M in the body and a size XXL in the arms (lengthwise, anyway).
Anything similar out there that might fit?
Must be similarly packable, ie into a jersey pocket or even better into a little bag with a strap like the Montane.

Do you know anyone with a sewing machine? There's no liner on those so just get them to add a new side seam that takes up the slack. I've had it done to a pertex gilet.
Now, while we're on the subject - how about decent waterproof jackets...

I'm long and thin too.
Currently got the Endura Equipe Helium. It's fairly thin and light - packs down into a pouch which just fits into an XC/Road jersey pocket. It may not qualify as a 'decent waterproof jacket' like a full on Goretex lined number, but does a good job of keeping the rain off and it's cut well, proper length sleeves and a dropped tail for the road bike.
Speak to PHD and see if they can put long arms on their wind smock??

Maybe it's just me but this seems to be a general problem with cycle clothing (and clothing generally), large has to be large all over, so you end up with the item fitting one way but not the other. Bib shorts are a good example, waist medium, height x large, so you either have baggy lycra (horrible, like lycra needs to looks worse!) or straps that cut into you and legs length that make you look like your wearing hot pants!
Tall and thin seems to me quite a common shape for cyclist, why especially cycle clothing manufactures, think that if your over 6 foot you must be large around the waist??!?!
You could try lusso, email them and ask nicely, they offered to make me a set of bib shorts with a medium waist and x large top part.
Unfortunately for me and my bank balance, I discovered that Assos stuff fits me rather well. Now they've just started making one of their bib-shorts in a longer leg, I can see some debit card spanking coming on.
Assos' rain jacket wasn't much good though, despite being super packable it was just too delicate for anything other than emergency use. Thankfully I had only paid 25% RRP...
