I'm getting a bit fed up of my pin ball impersonations every time I go out on my bike and I'm considering a skills course.

Preferably I'd like it to be a weekend in early May. I've heard good things about the "stop crashing" course from "Great Rock" but the only suitable date in May is on a Friday, and I'd be limited to public transport.

Does anyone have suggestions for other courses, or how to get to Lee Quarry on a Friday from south Manchester?

I've done Ed's Flow and Black Magic courses. Learnt more than I thought I would.

just to give you some more options I teach mountain biking skills up here at Mabie forest, you can get a Virgin to Carlisle then a local (bike friendly) train to Dumfries.
