just dug this out from last year's trip to La Molina in Spain. Day 1 run 1, total shite holiday...
resulted in this (grade 2 AC joint separation) which meant my holiday involved a bit of hiking, watching DVDs and sitting around waiting for my mates to come back with tales of how great their day in the mountains was:
don't ask me how i did what i did...after going through it in my head about a million times and watching this video over and over i still have no idea why i would go over rather than take the berm!
