    Anyone any idea where I can get a loan of £250K to purchase a property (business) while I sell two other properties and then pay off most of the loan – there is plenty of chollaterol to keep the lender happy?

    Sounds like you need a bridging loan.

    I would be very careful taking something like this on as there is no certainty that you can sell your existing properties.

    Would it not be more sensible to rent business premises?
