    I think i might need to swap my straight Thomson for something with a little bit of setback in it, whats out there in a 27.2 in 400mm length that looks as nice as a straight Thomson, i would go for a bent Thomson but they look horrible……

    old style EA70 is a good post. As you say the layback Thomsons are 'orrible IMO.

    Control Tech Team Issue from CRC – as good as a Thomsom IMHO, not had a creak out of it.
