    Hi All

    Looking for a longer seat post for a restoration project, Specialised 92 Mtb frame. the seat post measures 1.028″ in old money, only have an imperial micrometer, am I right in converting this to 26.11

    that age of specialized is likely to be 26.4mm

    25mm=1 inch. The rest makes my brain hurt.

    Whats 0.3mm between friends!!may be down to wear and tare, scanning through chainreaction site max length seems to be 400mm, or are there longer ones out there?

    1″ is actually 25.4mm

    Thomson do a 410.
    BBB & Gusset both do 450mm, but I don’t know if they do 26.4mm.
