    Any experiences? My Cruzer Titanium has just died. Three years old. Just had a look at the Sandisk site, but cant see much info on returning faulty goods… email sent days ago not replied to. First instinct says customer support is not top of their list.

    If I post off a dead USB memory stick with no proof of purchase am I likely to get a new one in return?!
