I've started getting foot cramp when running or during circuit training after around 15mins, if I stop running and start weights then return to running I don't get cramps until 30 or 40mins.
I have had the same running trainers for around 3.5 years, they are standard adidas £30 jobs and don't look worn out.
Do you think I should just get some more trainers or could there be another reason, I don't want to go to a special running store as reckon most of it is a load of tosh!
