I went to a funeral of one of my old man's friends a few years back. He was an ex sailor and all around mariner type. At the bash afterwards the family had liberally supplied many bottles of wood's 100. Needless to say it got very messy and most of us were lashed by 5pm.

    Pusser's always went down well.

Pampero Aniversario… Putting the Yummm in Rum…*

*I recognise that there actually isn't a "Yummm" in Rum… But a bit of artistic license on a Sunday morning is allowed…

Been enjoying a bottle of Pyrat pistol, very nice, very mellow but my usual is mount gay extra old or some cockspur 12 year. Prefer a golden rum to a dark rum

If you gotta use a mixer its gotta be ginger or fresh orange juice (especially with mount gay).

Woods 100 – responsible for some very drunken escapades in my old navy days

I can second the Pussars! I have a bottle here, dad bought it me as a gift. A good rum!

ooooooh Woods 100. Not had that for years.

I used to like Woods and Crabbies ginger wine after a long winter walk.
