Had a little blast this morning and have noticed that when the forks are wound down - doesnt matter where in the travel range as long as its less than full travel as far as i could tell - i get a clicking sound when i weight up the fork, or put the power down, now i thought it might be something needing tightening or a bit of cable slap as thats roughly what it sounded like, ie pulling the front brake cable away from the fork leg and it slapping back.
However to rule it out i have just stripped fork and wheel from bike and compressing it creates the click so seems the fork is the culprit.
Definately doesnt do it at full 140mm travel and very sure it never did it before, if it did, its definately only just got bad enough to notice.
Any thoughts.
to see if any of you evening lot can offer any further thoughts/ideas
