Anyone know how I can find a good route starting in/near Bala? I don't know the area but i'm meeting some relatives there on Monday and I reckon I could squeeze a half day ride in! Any tips appreciated....

Ther is'nt really much in the way of bridlewayage.Plenty of cheekiness but bit hard to explain!!Vyrnwy is close but a bit mleh.CyB is'nt too far tho.

Yea if I had more time i'd love to do a bit of exploring....
Reckon CyB might be the way forward for now. It's been on the list for a while anyway!

I'd go to Penmachno - 30 mins from Bala and a fantastic natural-feeling man-made trail.
