A used Giant defy is worth a look. Comfortable bike.

I’ve got a Felt Z95, as a beginners road bike. It’s sound and was just over £400 new, Merlin and Wiggle sell them. I’m selling it soon to upgrade as I like a bit of road action. However it’d be too small for you.
