Shame she did some classic stuff and was a pure fox. By all accounts her cancer was brought on by particles from the 9/11 twin towers blasts.

RIP Donna.I feel love was the first ever fully electronic disco record, and as such was sooooo far ahead of its time, it took years and years to really appreciate the effect it had on the industry. OK that was as much down to Giorgio Moroder's genius as it was Summer, but it was her voice that made it! Proper disco queen, by all accounts she was awesome live, and what a voice...

I've always liked "I feel Love" but only really heard it on the radio etc. I just downloaded it and popped it onto my MP3 player. It sounded absolutely amazing. If the daughter hadn't gone to bed, the proper stereo would get it.
No wonder it changed disco music so much.
