The Cure – A Forest is great for long draggy climbs. The tempo works beautifully; just don’t try sprinting up to it.

Thanks for replies I agree about the sound of the trails being best but this is for training rides where i will be doing 7 mile loops several times (up to 8 times)and music helps to break up the monotony and increase the pace etc
