Just bought a Giant Reign and all is good with it except one issue!!

The drive side crank 'wobbles'even though it is done up tight (moves about 2-3mm). Anyone got any ideas??
The setup was on the bike when I bought it, am I missing a washer or is the BB knackered?
Not taken it apart yet as I haven't got access to an isis extractor…..

    Any clues or ideas? 😕
    Thanks

I'm probably wrong, but pretty sure the RF Evolve has a self extracting bolt? Should bring the drive side off with it? My old RF dues however needs an extractor.

Could be BB, but sounds strange that you'd get 2-3mm on one side only? Could be washer missing, I know I was amazed at how tight you have to ream them up to get the bolt to it's dead stop postion.

Yeh I read the RF website and some have self extracting and some isis extracting (depends on age I think). These are def isis.
They were done up really tight (had to use an extension to undo them!) so I suspect a washer might be missing.
Might pop it down to the LBS to see what they say……
