Can anyone give me an idiots guide to replacing sealed cartridge wheel bearings please?

The wheels are Fulcrum 7 and I have killed the front bearings in the mud. I assume if I get them out I can just get replacements at a bearing shop…I just cant see how they come out

You need a bearing puller, or smack them out with a screwdriver & hammer from teh other side.

I have not seen this front wheel but usually there is a spacer in between the two bearings. With a drift or screwdriver push that to one side and you will be able to reach the bearing which you knock out towards the outside of the hub.

You might be able to get a diagram of how your wheels are built up. sometimes circlips are used to hold the bearings in place.

If in doubt take it to your LBS
