    Can anyone recommend a free download that will allow me to convert my word docs to a pdf? Seems to be a few knocking about but unsure as to which is best

    Cutepdf – sets up a dummy printer – when you print to it, it asks you where to save it as a pdf. Free and works very well.

    I use OpenOffice.org which has a pdf saving facility built in, awesome it is.

    If you’ve got 2007 or 2010 there’s a Microsoft add-in.
