   Want a decent looking stand for our 32" LCD, needs to fit in an alcove in a small victorian terrace which rules out a lot of them as they are 100cm +

   Everything I see seems to be gloss black/glass and pretty much same boring shape. Looking for something minimalist, glass, maybe wood

   Any thoughts or tips for decent sites to browse?

   Take a look at Alphason Finewoods. We had a similar issue and bought one of these, good quality too!

   Bit more interesting than the glass, gloss and MDF stuff.

   114cm wide though - so maybe too big for you.

   Edit: just noted the minimalist bit. Oh well. Good site if you want wood anyway.

   Thanks for the suggestions - will take a browse with the missus. Not averse to more traditional either, want something interesting and not like my grandparents have!

   We could prob just about fit 100cm in there at an angle - current stand is a cheapy mdf argos number 81x49x46
