Just bought some nice cold rare roast beef for lunch. Made a sandwich and put some mustard on.It was nice enough but it was definitely a 'ham' mustard, not a 'beef' mustard.
Apart from the obvious Colman's French, can anyone recommend me a good beef mustard.
p.s. while I'm a big fan of horseradish, when I want mustard only mustard will do.

Colman's made from powder, of course, not in a jar.
Or, make your own Tewkesbury Mustard. Mix a little horserubbishradish in to some Colman's.

Thats right, Mint Sauce is a sheep but his riding buddy, Coleman is definitely a cow. Hence the cow on a Colemans jar of mustard no?
