QR to 15mm,,can this be done?

Hi all,
Does anyone know if it’s possible to convert this wheel from QR to 15mm axle?
The wheel is a Sunringle Ryde XMB from my 2010 Cube.
I’m building a new bike and was hoping to be able to use these wheels to keep costs down.
Can this be done and if so can anyone provide me with a link for the parts I’d need,end caps etc.
