Planning on doing the natural tweed ride route tomorrow and wondering if the Pilots trail in Cademuir forest is worth doing or is the ridge better? I've walked the ridge before a year or so ago but can't remember if it'd be worth riding. So is te forest or the ridge worth the effort after the awesome gypsy glen descent?

Yes its a great wee bit of trail. First rode it on the Natural Tweed day and have been back since to explore, as there are a few variations on the descent.
