    Shimano M424 or M545

My Wellgo B-38s have taken a lot of abuse over the last 18 mnths (in and around rivi 😉 ) and constantly suprised me with the amount of times they have been twotted into rocks with no ill affects, a bombproof, quite light and cheap pedal with sealed bearings (£25 on crc at the mo) they have quite a big 'footprint' that helps with keeping in contact or finding the pedal on bouncy descents and Very grippy even with the cheap hiking boots i wear.

longest surviving pedal i have owned so far, just check the pins are tight out of the box

had the MG1's for about 6 months before they started to die 😥

The metal cages on 545s really dig in on rock strikes, but the plastic bodied pedals slip off rocks better. What about 647s?
