I'm looking for a cheapish place in the northwest to powdercoat or paint my patriot. Can anyone recommend a place for me thats good value at least cheaper than the £150 orange want.

T2s/binners – did you strip your own frames?

I just used a backstreet powerdercoating in Hindley, did a great job.
Find an ironwrought manufacturing place, they tend to have shotblasters who will strip your frame for a few quid. The powdercoaters will know one in the area if they don't do it themselves.

I stripped all the bits off my bike, and just gave them the frame, they did everything else..
