Nice route (in scorching temperatures) yesterday scouting the route for the club's marathon in October led us down this slab which has two steps at the bottom which you can't make out in the photo. The wife got over the first one and then decided to throw herself off the next! Result - a couple of holes in her elbow and a bruised knee and hip. flickr

I turned back with the wife and 3 others came with us (giving various excuses about being late for lunch!). Then at the bottom of that section everyone else decided enough was enough (it wasn't the only crash of the day) and went back too.
