W2 on Saturday, and both legs gave out on the climb out of the Energy trail. Cramp in both quads and hamstrings. It was less than funny, but it usually happens to me when I'm pushing my fitness envelope. So I should be able to go further for longer now
Any suggestions in regards to what currently feels like dull muscle pain. Should I go ride it off or lay up until they feel better?
