Just bottled my Bramble Whiskey and wondering what to do with the leftover brambles. Maybe an apple and bramble sponge? Maybe not for the kids though. Anyway looking forward to some delicious suggestions.

Bramble whisky jam?
Bet they'd be nice as an accompaniment to a dessert, or maybe just stirred into a good rice pudding

TBCs suggestion sounds suitable nom though

TBC coming round to cook it? I'll provide the booze. Got a couple of pounds at least, jam had just occured to me as well. Also a type of Cranachan and somebody else suggested chutney.
