  • North Wales this weekend – any trail closures of note?

    Hi

    A couple of us are escaping the perpetual heat and sunshine of the SE for a few days in North Wales.

    We are heading up double early tomorrow (Friday) morning and are looking at Penmachno and Marin on route to our digs near Coed y Brenin.

    Ride Coed y Brenin Saturday and maybe swing back via Nant y Arian on Sunday on our way home.

    My question is are there any major trail closures at any of the above that would mean they are worth missing and heading else where.

    Happy to hear suggestions for more natural rides but a lack of kit to follow GPX files and some fairly ropey looking weather mean that we will probably stick to easy to follow rides.
