Does anyone have local knowledge of decent riding around Bath? I have no car so I’m looking for trails accessible from Bath City centre. I know Wales, Forest of Dean, etc are close but I’m talking about really local riding.

I popped in to Cadence bike shop and it seems they have a midweek night ride… any other good groups to meet up with and learn the local trails (preferably at the weekend)?

Any help is much appreciated!

There is a group who meet somewhere near the train station (I believe) on a Wednesday evening, I am sure one of them will be along shortly (if not, you can drop me an email and I can pass you some contact details).

There is another group (us) who ride all over the place (bath, bristol, cwmcarn, FoD).

Browns Folly, down to the canal, Limpley Stoke and over to the uni was this week’s Wednesday night ride.
