Masterchef - has this remix been done before?

I believe that it has yes..
Someone on here once mentioned that it's Michel Roux Jr on the 1s and 2s mixing the techno tracks for the series soundtrack..
I can't get that image out of my mind of the rouxster seriously getting down and funky when I watch it now..
